Autosked has extensive management controls, an invaluable production log and is customizable to the configuration and operations of any service department:
- work load controlled by "flat rate hours" tailored to each team's capability
- appointment time spacing, time slots availability, automated limits, etc... are customizable virtually without restrictions other than your imagination
- promised time as well as total charges and workload hours are automatically calculated and displayed
With Autosked, you can trace the path of any appointment - cradle to grave - and know all users who have changed or moved it
- the manager sets all security and access permissions and has complete control over functionality and limitations thereof
- you can see your complete shop appointment load and work load, even on teams, from one screen
Autosked provides maintenance recommendations and campaign notices to customers when they've connected to the automated system and allows them to make or cancel their own appointments in real-time, 24*7, via telephone IVR and/or web access from the dealership's web page.
Autosked can automatically generate and place confirmation calls to customers for appointments on the day before the appointment during the hours specified by the manager.
The on-site Autosked server is accessed using either MS IE or Fire Fox.
