Your service advisors use Autosked as a front-end to your DMS to schedule all appointments and perform customer reception.
On your service department page you have a link for 'schedule, make, or request an appointment'. That link usually brings up a form that the customer fills in and submits. Then, someone in your organization calls the customer back and schedules the appointment.
Your web programmer simply redirects your existing link to the Autosked web page we build for you. It will have your logo and colors.
Now the customer can make a real-time appointment and get an immediate confirmation. The customer also gets a confirmation email with a special link they can click if they need to cancel the appointment!

If someone else left an appointment, feel free to cancel it and make your own.

Your customers will enter their own home phone numbers; they can enter their email if their email is in your DMS system. If their address is not in your DMS system, Autosked allows them to add it as part of this appointment.
Autosked lets you collect customer email addresses. You'll see as you go through the simple process.
NOTE: You may want to enter your email address so you get the email confirmation, otherwise it will come to me!
