Your service advisors use Autosked as a front-end to your DMS to schedule all appointments and perform customer reception.
Autosked provides a quick, intuitive, state-of-the-art, point-and-click screen to make an appointment and receive a customer.
An appointment can typically be made in 25-30 seconds!
We place an Autosked server in your shop. It connects both to your phone system (for the automated phone system) and your DMS server where it gets customer, vehicle, history and other updates nightly.
The Autosked server is also connected to the internet which allows the web system to communicate with it directly. The system is safe, secure and will pass muster with even the most ardent IT security scrutiny!
Each advisor or anyone else in your organization you empower logs in to this server from an icon on their own PC. Therefore each user must enter their id and password.
